How to start meditating?

It is best to meditate in comfortable environment: at home or in nature. It's important to turn off your phone. and make sure that you are not disturbed. It is advisable to practice always in one place. Your meditation practice will fill this space with appropriate vibrations and this will help you in future.

It is better to choose free cut clothes from natural fabric.

The position of the body can be any - lying on the floor ( although, there is a high probability of falling astep), sitting on a chair silting in the lotus position. You should be comfortable. The spine should be straight & relaxed.

The other things- music, aroma, oils etc. every one choose for themselves. Try different options to understand how you feel more comfortable doing meditation.

For beginner, 5-10 minutes of meditation will be enough. After you're established at this level (regularly practicing for 5-10 minutes), you can think about sitting longer.

It is better to increase the duration gradually. adding no more than 5 minutes from the comfortable duration each time after stablizing at a new level. So gradually it will be 15 minutes, then 20, 25, 30 and So on.

What is meditation?

Meditation is immersion in yourself, unity with your true essence, purification of your mind, knowledge of the world through the silence of mind.

Modern life is dynamic. People are constantly running somewhere, they have every minute counting, a whole list of important things to do. In such a cycle there is no opportunity to for you listen to yourself, to think about what is really important, and to understand what is going on in your soul.

Because you crushing a sense of fear, pain, resentment, anxiety, you get various health problems, starting from the fatigue to more serious illnesses. Also, you cannot deeply enjoy feelings of love, gratitude, joy, happiness.


Meditation allows you to stop and look inside yourself, see the present state of affairs, understand what is happening to you today and in which direction you want to move. By meditating every day, or at least a couple of times a week, you can become more relaxed, more harmonious, and get rid of oppressive and suppressing feelings.


Meditation techniques will teach you to live in the present moment, rather than constantly wandering in memories or planning for the future. You will learn to focus on the good and deal with problem situations more easily. You will have more energy and strength.


You will be able to find answers to questions within you. Because the answers to any questions are stored in your subconscious. You just don't know how to listen to your intuition.


Meditation will fill you with love for people. Such emotions as envy and anger will become unavailable to you. Through practice, improvements in the immune system are achieved, you get less sick, pleasure centers become more active, and the level of endorphin production increases.
